US B1/B2 and student visas from Dubai
The official calendar shows about 11.5 months for a US visa interview in Dubai. We take that wait down to about 7 working days: we watch every appointment release, book the earliest confirmed date we can reach, and prepare your DS-160 and supporting file so the slot is not wasted.

If you searched for how to get an early, earlier or fast US visa appointment in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, you have probably seen the booking calendar showing a date almost a year away. That date is real, but it is not the only date that ever exists. Slots are released, cancelled and rescheduled all the time, and the people who see them first are the ones who get the early dates.
No agency can create an appointment, and no agency can promise you a visa. What a good service can do is watch the official scheduling system closely, move quickly when a date opens, and make sure your DS-160 and documents are ready so the slot is not wasted. Here is how each route works, so you can choose the one that fits your situation.
These figures come from the US Department of State Global Visa Wait Times page, which is updated monthly. We copy every update into our US visa appointment wait time tracker for the UAE, so you can see how the wait has moved over the months.
The US Embassy and Consulate in the UAE release nonimmigrant interview appointments every Friday morning between 7:30 and 11:30 UAE time. Applicants who log in at that time and pick the earliest date shown get the best standard result. It costs nothing beyond the visa application fee, but the dates are taken quickly and a refresh at the wrong minute can mean missing them.
Applicants who change or cancel their interview release their slot back into the system. Those slots are much earlier than the headline wait time, but they appear without warning and disappear within minutes. Watching for them manually is a full-time job. This is the route our service is built around, and it is why we can secure many appointments in about 7 working days. Our guide to rescheduling a US visa appointment in Dubai explains how to move your booking once an earlier date opens.
If your reason is genuinely time critical, you can ask the embassy or consulate to move your interview earlier. You must already hold a regular booking. Then sign in to your scheduling account, select Request Expedite, and state the exact date and purpose of your travel. Medical emergencies, the death of an immediate family member, fixed-date business travel and a study start date are the categories usually considered. Holidays, weddings and general family visits are usually not accepted. The request is free, but approval is the embassy’s decision. Read the full steps in our guide to the US visa expedited appointment from Dubai.
You may have read about a $750 fast-track pilot that gives some B1/B2 applicants an interview in about ten business days. At the time of writing it does not apply to Dubai or Abu Dhabi. We explain what it is and where it runs in our $750 US visa fast-track guide.
Our US appointment service targets about 7 working days from the day you instruct us. We watch every appointment release and every cancelled slot, book the earliest confirmed date we can reach, and prepare your DS-160 and supporting file so the date is not lost. The timeframe is agreed with you in writing. If we do not secure the appointment in that time, we refund our service fee. We never promise the visa decision, which belongs to the consular officer.
You can see exactly what the service covers on our urgent USA visa from Dubai page, and how we compare with other providers in our guide to the best US visa agency in Dubai.
Without these ready, an earlier slot can be wasted. If you are unsure about any item, our team will tell you honestly what to fix before you book.
Book the earliest slot released on a Friday morning, ask for an expedite if you have a genuine time-critical reason, or use a service that watches for rescheduled and cancelled appointments. Visa Doctor targets about 7 working days, agreed in writing, with the service fee refunded if we miss it.
The State Department update of 17 September 2026 showed about 11.5 months for B1/B2 visitor visas in Dubai and about 12.5 months in Abu Dhabi.
No agency can create an appointment or promise a visa. A service can watch for rescheduled and cancelled slots and act quickly when one opens, which is how we can secure appointments in as little as 7 working days.

The paid fast-track pilot runs at a limited number of posts, and Dubai and Abu Dhabi are not currently among them.
No. It only changes when you are interviewed. The consular officer decides every case on the day.
UAE residents can book at either post, but Abu Dhabi currently shows a longer B1/B2 wait. Check the latest figures in our tracker before you choose.
