Apply only on the official portal, www.evisa.gov.tr. The Consulate General in Dubai warns that this is the only official e-visa website. You enter your identity, passport and travel details and pay online. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says the e-visa can be obtained in about three minutes. The fee depends on your nationality and is shown on the portal.

If you cannot use the e-visa, apply for a sticker visa.
