Visa Doctor is a licensed visa agency in Dubai. We handle your visa application end-to-end, documents, appointment, cover letter and guidance, so UAE residents submit a complete, well-prepared application.

We check your documents, book your VFS Global, BLS or embassy appointment, write the cover letter and review the whole file before you submit it. The embassy or consulate makes the decision.

We work with residents of every emirate on Schengen, UK and US visas, plus Canada, Australia, Japan, China and more than 40 destinations in total.

Residents of other emirates should read visa services for Abu Dhabi residents or visa services for Sharjah and Northern Emirates residents.

What we handle for you

Whatever level you choose, our team covers the parts that cause refusals: choosing and reviewing the right documents, filling the application form correctly, booking your appointment at the correct visa centre, writing a strong embassy cover letter, arranging the flight and hotel reservations embassies expect (never a paid ticket before approval), guiding your travel insurance, preparing you for US/UK interviews, and helping rebuild the file if you have had a refusal.

Schengen, UK and US visa agent in Dubai

Most of our work is for the three destinations UAE residents ask about most. For a Schengen visa we identify the right country to apply to and the centre that handles it, which may be in Dubai or Abu Dhabi depending on the country. For a UK visa we prepare the Standard Visitor application and the supporting documents. For a US visa we complete the DS-160, book the interview or check interview waiver eligibility, and prepare you for the interview.

Visa consultant or visa agency: what is the difference?

In Dubai the two terms are used for the same kind of business: a private company that helps you prepare and submit a visa application. What matters is not the name but whether the business is licensed, honest about what it can and cannot do, and clear about its fees before you pay. Our 8 checks for choosing the best visa agency in Dubai show how to verify any agency, including us.

Do I need a visa agency in Dubai?

No. Every UAE resident can apply on the official website of the embassy or its visa centre without an agency, and booking an appointment there is free. An agency is useful when you want someone to check the documents, complete the forms and manage the booking for you. No agency can create appointment slots, buy them from an embassy or influence the decision.

Apply yourself on the official site

  • What it does: You complete the form and book the appointment yourself: VFS Global or BLS International for Schengen countries, GOV.UK and then VFS Global for the UK, and the official US visa system for the United States.
  • What it does not do: Nobody checks your file before the appointment.B1/B2 and student visa appointments are available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • What you pay: The government visa fee and the visa centre’s service fee. Booking itself is free on the official sites.

Optional paid services at VFS Global or BLS

  • What it does: Extra comfort or convenience on the day: Prime Time submission outside normal hours, a Premium Lounge, or staff who collect your application and biometrics at home or at work.
  • What it does not do: They do not create earlier appointments, speed up processing or change the decision. BLS Spain states that its Premium Lounge does not mean an earlier appointment.
  • What you pay: A separate charge per service, listed by each centre, on top of the visa fee.

A licensed visa agency

  • What it does: Checks your documents against the current checklist, completes the forms, writes the cover letter and books the appointment in the official system for you, where the centre allows it.
  • What it does not do: It cannot release slots the consulate has not opened, and it cannot influence the decision. The US Embassy in the UAE says third party interventions are not permitted. For Spain, BLS requires applicants to book their own appointment.
  • What you pay: The agency’s own service fee, which should be confirmed in writing before you pay, plus the same government and visa centre fees.

If you use an agency, check its trade licence on the issuing authority’s own website first. Ours is Visa Doctor FZC, SPC Free Zone licence 4417571.01, and you can verify it on the SPC Free Zone portal. Never pay anyone who offers to sell you an appointment: BLS warns that its staff never ask for payment to obtain or expedite an appointment.

Why use a licensed visa agency in Dubai

Visa Doctor FZC is a free zone company licensed by Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, licence 4417571.01. The licence lists Immigration Services and Documents Clearing Services among its activities, and names our two co-founders, Bartu Ulucay and Barlas Ulucay, as managers. You can verify the licence on the SPC Free Zone portal.

A licence tells you who you are dealing with. It does not buy influence. The US Embassy in the UAE states that every visa application is considered solely on the basis of its merits and that third party interventions are not permitted. We work the same way: we prepare a complete, consistent file and book the right appointment, and the decision stays with the embassy or consulate.

  • Rated 4.9 on Google by clients across Dubai and the UAE.
  • Licensed UAE agency, Visa Doctor FZC, SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, licence 4417571.01.
  • Specialists, not generalists, we focus purely on visas for UAE residents to Schengen, the UK, US, Canada, Japan and 40+ destinations.
  • Honest and transparent, we are a private service provider and do not issue visas or official documents.

We never promise approval or a decision date. Embassy and visa centre fees are set by them and paid to them, and we confirm our own service fee in writing before you pay. Our 2026 visa fee table lists the official government fees by country.

Do you offer a doorstep service?

Yes, subject to appointment availability. We can collect your documents from your home or office and handle the rest. Contact us to confirm whether doorstep service is available for your dates.

Do you guarantee the visa?

No honest agency can guarantee a visa, the decision is the consulate’s. What we do is maximise your chances with a complete, consistent, well-presented application.

What visa services does Visa Doctor offer in Dubai?

We prepare and review visa applications for UAE residents, book VFS Global, BLS and embassy appointments, write cover letters and prepare clients for US and UK interviews. We cover Schengen countries, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, China and more than 40 destinations. We do not handle UAE residence visas, Emirates ID or golden visas.

Is Visa Doctor a licensed visa agency?

Yes. Visa Doctor FZC holds Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone licence 4417571.01, which lists Immigration Services and Documents Clearing Services among its activities. You can check the licence yourself on the SPC Free Zone portal.

How much do visa services cost in Dubai?

There are two parts. The official visa fee and any visa centre charge are set by the embassy and the centre, and each of our country guides lists them. Our own service fee depends on the destination and how urgent the case is, and we confirm it in writing before you pay anything.

Do you help UAE residents who live outside Dubai?

Yes. We work with residents of every emirate. Depending on the destination, your appointment may be at a visa centre in Dubai or in Abu Dhabi, and we tell you which one before anything is booked.

Where is the visa application centre in Dubai?

There is no single centre. Several VFS Global centres, including those for the UK, Germany and Canada, are at Wafi Mall in Umm Hurair 2. BLS International runs the Spain centre in I Rise Tower, Barsha Heights. US visa interviews take place at the US Consulate General, 8 Al Seef Street, Umm Hurair 1. France has no Dubai centre and takes every UAE application in Abu Dhabi.

Where is Visa Doctor’s office in Dubai?

Office 311, Stadium Point, Dubai Sports City, Dubai. We are open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 20:00, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Call +971 58 509 5268 before you visit so your consultant is there.

What happens if you cannot book my appointment in the agreed time?

If we agree in writing to book your appointment within a stated time frame and we do not secure it within that time, or the appointment is not made at all, we refund our service fee in full. The refund is tied to scheduling only. It never depends on the visa decision, which belongs to the embassy or consulate, and government and visa centre fees are paid to those bodies, not to us.

Do I need a visa agency to apply for a visa from Dubai?

No. You can apply yourself on the official embassy or visa centre website, and booking the appointment there is free. An agency checks your documents, completes the forms and manages the booking for you, but no agency can create appointment slots or influence the embassy’s decision.
