Visa Doctor is a private service provider, not a government authority: it does not issue visas, and the embassy or consulate makes every decision. Barlas oversees our licensing, day to day operations and the standards we hold every case to, across every visa category we handle.
Both founders are named as managers on the company's SPC Free Zone licence.
