Do UAE Residents Need a Visa for Italy?

Standard processing takes around 15 calendar days from your appointment date, though this can extend during peak summer months, so we recommend applying 4 to 6 weeks before travel.
Tourist vs Business Visa Documents
Tourist applicants should prepare a clear day-by-day itinerary, confirmed accommodation, and proof of funds. Business applicants additionally need an official invitation letter from the Italian company detailing the meetings or event, along with a letter from their UAE employer confirming approved leave.
