There is no single Schengen minimum balance for UAE residents. The Visa Code requires proof of sufficient means for the stay and the return, and consulates judge it from your statements, salary letter and bookings. What matters more than the number is the pattern: salary arriving every month, a balance that built up steadily, and no large unexplained deposit just before applying, which is one of the fastest ways to raise doubt.
