Does the UK ETA help Jordanian citizens?

The UK Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) is a cheap digital permission used by visa-exempt nationalities, including GCC nationals (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
