What Visa Doctor Does, and What We Deliberately Don’t

There are a lot of visa companies in Dubai and they do fairly different things. This page exists so you can tell quickly whether we are the right one.

We do one thing

Outbound travel visas for people living in the UAE. You are a resident here, you want to travel somewhere that requires a visa, and you want the application handled properly. That is our entire business.

Everything below sits inside that.

Dedicated application handling

We take a destination and handle it end to end rather than treating every country as the same process:

• Schengen — all 29 countries, including which consulate you should be applying to
• United Kingdom — visitor visas, standard and expedited routes
• United States — B1/B2, DS-160 preparation, renewals and interview waiver cases
• Japan and China — where the requirements diverge most from what people expect
• Plus Canada, Australia, Turkey, Vietnam, Hong Kong, South Africa, Morocco, Ireland and others — more than twenty-five destinations

Document preparation

The core of the work. Nationality-specific checklists rather than generic ones, review of bank statements and employment letters before they go anywhere near a consulate, cover letters, and assembly of a file that reads as one coherent argument.

Appointment scheduling

Securing slots at VFS Global, BLS and embassy centres across the UAE, including in peak season when availability is scarce.

Complex applications

Previously refused cases. Self-employed and freelance applicants. Short employment history. Thin travel record. Applications that need more than a checklist.

Urgent processing

Where the destination country offers an expedited route, we use it. Where it does not, we say so rather than take your money.

What we don’t do

We specialise exclusively in outbound travel visas, which means UAE immigration matters sit outside our scope. We do not handle UAE residence visas, Emirates ID, golden or investor visas, employment or dependent residence permits, UAE domestic helper sponsorship, visa status change, or company formation and business setup. A UAE PRO or business setup consultancy is the right provider for those.

One clarification, because it causes confusion: where our site mentions nanny, maid or domestic worker visas, that means obtaining a travel visa for household staff accompanying a UAE-based employer abroad. It does not mean UAE domestic worker sponsorship.

We are also not a government authority. We do not issue visas and we cannot guarantee approval — that decision always belongs to the embassy. What we control is that the application arriving on their desk is complete, consistent and gives them no avoidable reason to refuse it.
