Who we are
Visa Doctor is a Dubai-based visa documentation and consultation agency. We help residents of the United Arab Emirates prepare, organise and submit outbound visa applications for destinations including the Schengen Area, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Japan and more than 25 other countries. We are a private service provider. We are not a government authority, we are not an embassy or consulate, and we do not issue visas or guarantee their approval. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate or visa application centre.
How we create our content
Every guide, requirements page and article on visadoctor.ae is written and reviewed by team members who work on real UAE visa applications every day. Our aim is to give UAE residents accurate, practical and current information about documents, appointments, processing times and common reasons for refusal.
Our sources
Requirements and fees change frequently. When we describe visa rules we base our information on primary sources: official embassy and consulate websites, the official visa application centres (such as VFS Global, BLS International and TLScontact), government immigration departments, and our own hands-on experience preparing applications for clients in Dubai and across the UAE. How often we update
