Last updated July 2026. These terms govern your use of visadoctor.ae and the services provided by Visa Doctor, a licensed private service provider in Dubai (SPC Free Zone licence 4417571.01).

1. Who we are

Visa Doctor is a private visa documentation and consultation agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by SPC Free Zone under licence number 4417571.01. We are not a government authority, embassy, consulate or visa application centre, and we are not affiliated with VFS Global, BLS International or any government body. We do not issue visas and we cannot influence any consular decision.

2. What we provide

Our services are advisory and administrative. Depending on what you engage us for, these may include reviewing your circumstances, preparing and checking your application documents, drafting supporting letters, completing application forms, assisting with appointment booking, and guiding you through submission. The service we provide is the professional work of preparing and reviewing your application. It is not the visa itself.

3. No guarantee of outcome

This is the most important term on this page. The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. No agency, including ours, can guarantee an approval, a specific processing time, or the availability of an appointment slot. Any assessment we give of your chances is our professional opinion based on the information you provide, not a promise. If any provider guarantees you a visa, that is a warning sign.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate, complete and truthful information, and to provide genuine documents. Submitting false or altered documents to a consulate is a serious matter that can lead to refusal and long term bans, and it is your responsibility, not ours. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service, without refund of work already performed, where we believe information or documents are not genuine.

You are also responsible for reviewing your application before it is submitted, for attending your own appointment and biometrics, and for meeting the deadlines and travel dates you have told us about.

5. Fees

Our fees cover our professional service only. They are separate from and additional to government visa fees, application centre service charges, biometrics fees, courier charges, insurance premiums and any translation or attestation costs. Those third party fees are set by the relevant authority or provider, are paid to them and not to us, and are not refundable by us under any circumstances, including where an application is refused.

Fees are quoted before work begins. Where a quotation depends on information you provide, a material change in that information may change the fee, and we will tell you before proceeding.

6. Refunds

Because our service is professional work rather than a physical product, refunds relate to work not yet performed. A visa refusal is not grounds for a refund of our service fee, as our fee pays for the preparation work, which is delivered regardless of the consular decision. If you cancel before we have begun substantive work on your file, we will refund the service fee. If you cancel after work has begun, we may retain a proportionate amount reflecting the work already completed. Government and third party fees are never refundable by us, as set out in section 5.

If you believe something has gone wrong with our service, contact us first at Email us and we will try to resolve it directly.

7. Appointments and timing

Appointment availability is controlled by the consulates and their application centres, not by us. Slots can be released, withdrawn or rescheduled at short notice and without explanation. Where we assist with booking, we act on your behalf within the systems those providers operate. We cannot create availability that does not exist, and we recommend you do not book non refundable travel until your visa is issued.

8. Your documents and data

Handling your passport, identity documents and personal information is the most sensitive part of what we do. We collect and process your data only for the purpose of preparing and submitting your application, we share it only with the consulate, application centre or authority your application requires, and we do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the service fee you have paid us for the engagement concerned. We are not liable for consular decisions, for processing delays outside our control, for appointment availability, or for consequential losses such as non refundable flights, hotel bookings or lost earnings. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Website content

The guides, calculators and tools on visadoctor.ae are provided for general information. Visa rules, fees and processing times change frequently and vary by nationality and circumstances. Always confirm current requirements on the official government or consulate website before you rely on anything you read here or book travel.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage us is the version that applies to that engagement.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
