If people often ask you for help with a Schengen, UK or US visa, you can send them to a licensed Dubai visa agency and earn a commission when they become a client. The 10% is calculated on the Visa Doctor service fee only. It is never calculated on the embassy, consulate or visa centre fees, which the client pays in full to those bodies. ## Who the partner programme is for It suits anyone who is regularly asked about visas by people living in the UAE. - **Travel agents and tour operators** whose clients book trips to Europe, the UK or the USA and need the visa handled. - **HR and PRO teams** who send staff to conferences, trade fairs and client meetings abroad. - **Bloggers and content creators** who write or post about travelling from the UAE. - **Relocation and concierge firms** whose clients need travel visas once they have settled in the UAE. - **Community groups**, such as expat associations, parents’ groups and nationality communities where members ask each other for recommendations. Tell us your name, what you do and how you would refer clients. - **Get your personal referral code.** Once we confirm your application, we send you a code that belongs to you alone. - **Your clients mention the code when they contact us.** They can give it on WhatsApp, by phone, by email or in our contact form. We record it on their file, and your 10% is paid once their visa processing is done. ## What counts as a paid referral A referral earns commission when all three of these are true: - The client gave your referral code when they contacted us, before paying. - The client paid the Visa Doctor service fee in full. - The client’s visa processing is done: the embassy or consulate has returned its decision and the client’s file with us is closed. ## When and how you are paid We pay your commission by bank transfer once the client’s visa processing is done, meaning the embassy or consulate has returned its decision and the file with us is closed. Each payment comes with a short statement showing the referred file and the commission it earned. ## Partner rules These rules keep the programme honest for you, for your clients and for us. - **Never promise approval.** No agency can guarantee a visa, and no partner can either. The decision always belongs to the embassy or consulate. - **Never promise dates on our behalf.** Appointment availability and processing times are set by visa centres and embassies, not by us or by you. - **No spam.** No unsolicited messages, no bulk WhatsApp or email lists, no posting in groups that do not allow promotion, and no fake reviews. - **Be open about the arrangement.** Tell your audience that you are a Visa Doctor referral partner. - **Do not quote our fees.** Our service fee depends on the destination and the case, and we confirm it with each client directly. - **Do not present yourself as Visa Doctor.** Do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are our staff or our office. - **Commission is paid only once the client has paid in full and their visa processing is done.** If a client cancels before paying, no commission is due. ## Partner programme FAQs ### How much can I earn as a Visa Doctor partner?
