## What we have seen

A WhatsApp Business account called “RIFAD VISA, Your Global Access” (+964 787 116 1385) has been giving our Dubai office address and our email address to people who ask about UAE visas, and presenting them as its own UAE office. This account is not connected to Visa Doctor. We have not authorised it to use our name, address or email.

If this account has contacted you

- Do not send money or documents, such as passport copies, photos or an Emirates ID.

- Ask for the company’s trade licence number and check it with the issuing authority.

- If you have already paid or sent documents, tell us on WhatsApp, contact your bank and report it to the authorities in your country.

- Keep every message, receipt and transfer record.
